ok, think i found the problem. only got 90# from the cylinder

update. put in new piston and rings. got 130# compression, but still runs the same. Its like it stuck in low gear. not running rich. Plug is a light brown in color. not sure what to check next. both clutchs are working fine, belt dont seem to be slipping...
