2003 ds just moves

Hi, cart was going well stopped to play shot then would only crawl, made it home at this speed no low battery warning light. Batteries are less than 6months old all show 8.4 plus volts off charge..Can someone help with diagnosis steps..regards Chris

Please post the serial number so that the fine folks here will know what system is in the cart and be better able to help you. Serial number can be found under the drivers side storage compartment above the gas pedal.

What's the vehicle serial number? Does the serial number start with AQ? If so, try the speed sensor test in this link. Do not buy a cheap sensor on eBay or Amazon. Buy a high quality OEM sensor, otherwise you might need to buy a couple extra ones.

Hi..tried cart tonight and problem has changed, cart is moving again but very jerky, reverse buzzer not sounding and reverse very slow..forward is wildly variable in speed and jerky..serial number is AAO103 982179. Thanks Chris

The MCOR devil has struck again! Sounds like an erratic signal. Try the pump clean test..... with the key off pump the go pedal 30-40 times... then drive, is the throttle response improved? changed? if yes, order new.

More than likely. However, his is probably an original MCOR made in Illinois. I'd be willing to bet the MCOR on his 2003 has never been replaced. They used to last MUCH longer when they were made in the USA. The Mexico versions aren't nearly as good.

His posted serial number is AAO103 982179, so if Sepex it is probably a Regen2 cart without the DB solenoid.

AA is Series 48, AB is 36 Volt, AC is Regen 2. It was built as a series car.

Hi.tried the mcor accelerater pump test ,throttle response definately changes but unit looks more like a vglide than a mcor...is this likely? Will part no.am293101 mcor to mcor 4 still work? Thanks Chris
