Alltrax SR 48500 CC DS will not move

1998 CC DS new SR48500 and 400 amp solenoid installed. Now cart will not move.. Main Contactor clicks when throttle depressed but no Movement F/R. Rechecked all connections per alltrax wiring diagram. A #20 purple , red ,and #12 black wire came off B-on old control so I reinstalled them on new control on B-with #6 black wire from battery pack. All other wires are shown on schematic and verified to be connected properly.. Any Help appreciated where to go next?

Your link not working for me I assume you are using the SR manual diagram page 17 - what are the LED indications and fault codes if any ( see page 24 for SR LED blink codes)

Hi again I get 1 green blink and then steady green as throttle is depressed. Also I checked voltage on main contactor. I get 52V on + terminal and 52V on -terminal with switch off or on throttle depressed or full up contactor clickes but no change in voltage.. Also I have 52V on motor at all terminals A1 A2 S1 S2with switch on or off. Going back to garage to check wiring on main contactor for resistor and diode with new wiring print out

Here is the problem, the controller throttle is set for 0-5k as you will see in the blink codes you read in the back of your owners install manual.
Proper throttle setting for 98CC is 5k-0 3 wire commonly known as MCOR - that is correct even if you have a 5k-0 V-glide, the 3 wire signal is the same.

Change the setting and you will likely be okay

Downloaded alltrax toolkit to laptop plugged in USB cable and viewed controller settings it was set to 0-5K two wire.. as there was no option for 5K-0 3wire. I just selected Club Car option and saved change. Now it runs fwd and rev. The only thing is I wish it had more power uphill..the speed increase is small.. Is the only option now get an after market (Admiral) or rebuilt motor (PQ)? Just looking for advice and thanks for the help this far..

For an increase in speed, I think a high speed motor is in your future.

You'll need a different motor to let that Alltrax do it's thing. The factory motor isn't built for that kind of power.

With cart running so slow uphill I bought a used motor Admiral MOT A1.. Picture sure looked good will see when she arrives. Cart has some 4GA wires at present and I am going to upgrade the rest with motor install. Thanks for the advice on this project. Budget is tight right now. Hope to lift it and get A/T tires this summer.
