Default Alltrax XTC install IQ

I wanted to show my progress with this retrofit. Not sure if this subject is repeated. I looked through and found very few posts .
I am wondering about a few control wires shown in my pics. The red wire , the four pin connector, the black wire? Any input is welcome.

I don't see the black wire you're speaking of. I see a blue one... It's the hot feed for headlights and should remain unchanged from the OEM controller to this one. The red wire will go to the battery side of the solenoid large post.

I think the blue and black #10 size wires are for 12v to lights as shown in pic 1. Also think there is a jumper nessesary on the six pin computer plug? The plug is shown on pic 4. 20170502_124219.jpg20170502_124234.jpg20170502_124328.jpg20170502_124151.jpg

Ok , I have all wiring done . except power to lights. I powered up the system with the wheels off the ground. I see a steady green light until I hit the gas . the motor jitters a bit . when applying throttle I'm getting one green two red. that means low voltage. I have 50 volts. On power up the green light flashes 4 times then solid green. the controller thinks its a different cart. my club car should have seven green flashes on power up.

Okay - So lots of unknowns. Lets start with a battery pack check.
2 questions = What is the pack voltage at rest and what does that reading drop to when you are trying to go but the cart is only shuddering & not going.

Great news! I called Alltrax tech support and quickly found the problem . The diode was backwards not allowing the solenoid to close. All is good in the hood.
