Default Great customer service from Scottyb

I purchased a c54 conversion kit from Scottyb in 2013. It performed flawlessly until about 5 days ago. I emailed him and within an hour he sent me links to troubleshoot the kit. It was my stupidity that was the problem. (ignition wire) But what great customer service! Thanks Scottyb!

Hey Scottyb, I've seen you post a few things on western golf carts. I'm new to the whole golf cart world (& this forum) but there doesn't seem to be much out there on the older western carts. It's a 1999 and the batteries need replaced 42v. If I'm going to be spendin $ on new batteries, would you recommend a 48v conversion? Also would upgrading the controller make it faster? If so what is compatible?

Head to his website cartsunlimited.net and do some reading. It details what it takes for speed and torque.
