Default Accu Power timer board question

Anybody know of a cheaper replacement for the timer board in these chargers? Golf Cart Kings is $170. Why are they that costly? Is there an alternative board?

But wait, just think if you put the new board in it and it works right you will have a good charger, it'll last for years. And the charger will be worth at least 170.00.

I would buy a new charger with float before I would give $170 to fix that old thing

Couldn't you just get a timer to put into your outlet and run the charger off of that?

Thanks y'all. I haven't worked on many of these chargers. It's for someone else. I was just hoping there might be a cheaper route. I'm going to recommend a new DPI.
