Update : after not having any luck correcting the original problem listed I contacted a local shop and 128.00 later it was fixed!!!! There was a ground issue

You never know, sometimes I’ve seen tech’s write repair short in electronics repair because that was easy to understand rather than re-solder resistor or whatever other problem.
