Default 2015 Precedent Alltrax Install Need Help

I am need of some expert help. I have a 2015 Precedent all stock minus the USED Alltrax XCT 500 amp controller i'm installing. I have it turned down to 300 amps. I finished the install and getting no movement. Plugged the laptop in and the toolkit is giving me a High Throttle Under Range error. Anything I can test with the toolkit?

Check the toolkit to be sure you have selected the correct throttle type. If not, this error is thrown. Sorry, this is about the extent of my knowledge. Hope this helps you.

I selected the club car throttle type. I even tried a couple other option too. It was on a club car precedent previously.

Are you hearing a click from the solenoid?

No click is a problem. May need to upgrade/replace the diode as recommended by Alltrax, after you're sure the solenoid is working as it should.
My advice is to stop at this point and wait until one of the experts can offer advice, tomorrow. I would not risk damaging the controller or your motor. Little mistakes can become catastrophic on these installs.
Sorry I could not help you.

Since this is a 2015 model, Did You connect anything to the black/yellow spare negative wire behind the dash?

Your wiring harness shares that negative wire (black/yellow) with the throttle negative and it can sometimes cause issues with the throttle signal.

Let me check, it had a light kit installed when I purchased it. If there is something connected I should disconnect?
