Old solenoid was polarized so smaller terminal made sure it was connected correctly. Yes you can change the connector but make sure to get + and - correct.

Before you take your cart out of TOW and turn the key ON, _PLEASE_ wait until one of the experts here can take a look at your photos. I enlarged your photos and I think I can now see which large post is labeled Positive. I'm not sure your connection to the large post on POSITIVE solenoid is correct. It appears this cable runs to your battery #1 Positive. Am I correct??

Yes that is correct. Positive post on solenoid with cable going to positive on battery.

Light blue wire needs to go to the small + on the solenoid as well as the stripe side of the small diode. Blue wire with the white stripe is the solenoid -. Pink wire goes to the battery side of main solenoid terminal. Not sure where the larger blue wire came from.

Okay, that is correct for that particular solenoid since it has a "directional mandate." Other solenoids allow you to choose which post is positive and negative.
I wanted to be sure that what I was seeing in the photo was the positive side of that solenoid.
I still want the experts to take a look. I'm not sure about a couple of your small wires, other than the light blue and the blue/white stripe.

Yes. I cut the small spade connector and replaced with a larger one to fit the heavy duty solenoid upgrade.

Ok, redone with new connector that fits.

Pics of Alltrax. You have me a little nervous, so I'll wait for approval before I put it all back and hook up the batteries. No fun taking those batteries out.

Black cable on top of solenoid is close to the main red. Might want to check that.
