My wife is pushing me to this route. I was leaning towards some customized headlights and painting the old body. Anybody pick up the "ruby" red? Hard to tell what you are getting from their color chart.

Mine is just "Red" but I considered the Ruby also; it looks nice on the site!

Just so you know, they have been way behind this summer. Could be an 8 week delay on the order no matter where you order it from. I think they are catching up a little now but still way behind. Most of their dealers drop ship straight from the factory.

I painted mine and wish I got a body instead

The Spartan body has only a single hole, about 7/8" dia., in the center for the FNR switch. If series cart, drill 3 holes for lever. There is also no hole for the charge receptacle so cart body can be used for gas and electric. The double take dash is typical pebble finish, with matching inserts that attach with 3M VHB tape provided on pieces. Took about 6 weeks to receive body. This can be delivered to your home even though it is a 4'x4'x24" high box. One person and the driver can easily slide it off a delivery truck, no forklift needed. The pallet itself weighs more than the entire body and cardboard box it is in. That is a picture of the three reds for the Double Take bodies. Picture probably won't help much. They do have fine metallic finish.

I haven't come across that dash in my searches. I literally just hit the button on ordering GTM dash in black. Thanks for the colors picture PingEye3

Getting to be the end of season here in Michigan. With a possible 8 week delay, I might as well wait until spring to order Spartan body. See if a sale pops up.

Next spring the cycle will have begun again. The main reason they get behind is the busy season. This year covid happened to hit during the "season". Winter months they can almost ship immediately.

Does the basic light kit support brake lights? I don't like the turn signal/horn stalk that they offer.

The lights itself will. The harness won't. You'll have to run new wires to the light.
