Bob Boyce should be able to help you out. He comes to you possibly and reprograms your controller. USGIcollector does the scheduling. Luckily for you he comes to florida. Well maybe.

Wow nice speed increase. I too have a non lifted Onward li ion. I assume it still pulls hard up to top speed? Seems these carts have power to spare if the governor didn’t limit the top speed.

Did you mount the 215/50’s to your original rims?

yes gets to top speed in seconds and runs up to around 22.5 then backs down and average is 21.8. Using upper line gps to check things. If I were to do it again I would probably only replace rear tires, I saw one done with the 40's up front and 50's in the back and it looked really sharp. Yes The 50's are mounted to the original rims

What brand tires did you get? Does it provide a softer ride? I’m currently running my stock tires at around 15 psi to make it as compliant as possible. Seem to feel every little bump.

There are currently no bolt on speed mods that with the with AC drive club cars. IF you have the curtis 1314-4402 programming station software and alot of knowledge, perhaps you could "unlock" the controller. OR with some decent electronic know how, you could make your own wiring harness for a navitas controller, you'll need to know the pin outs for the controller and the carts OEM harness so you can wire it correctly.

Update. I let my son in law drive the cart and he came back and said the front wheel rubs when turning hard. I took it out and no problems so stopped and turned as hard left and right that it would go and yes the tires do rub the frame, I removed the front tires and replaced with the 215/40/15 and left the rear 205/50/12 tires on it. Only reason i did was because kids visit and use the cart. I see no reason to ever turn that hard. All said in done it runs amazing and handles great. Speed 21.8 mph which is good for me, It kinda looks like the way we used to set up our cars in the 70's
