Default 1996 club car ds charging over 24 hours

I bought a DS from a guy that let it sit for 6 months no charging got it home and no water in the battery's so i fill them to the proper level and used a car charger on each separate battery for about 5 min each and got the club car charger to recognize the battery pack. The meter on the charger started at around 10 to 11 amps and after 24 hours its stuck on 4 amps so being 24 hours i unplugged it till i hear some professional advice its a 1996 club car ds 48 volt 2016 trojan batts .. thanks

Yes.

I would throw another charge on it, but it sounds like they are done.
