Precedent wire gut

2005 CCP electric, gutted the wiring harness of the tail light wires , brake light wires and factory 9 pin connector. To do this i cut an orange and black wire fro the 12 pin that ties into a bullet connector which I assume is switched 12 v negative, the other wire was blue and white which ties to the 9pin, etc, and I a guessing switched 12v positive. I have removed the OBC and associated wiring, any idea what I need to do with all the extra and or missing wire connections??

Alpha body kit required specific bucket harness wiring and I think I can tie into the cut wires for switched 12v +/-?

All the other wiring connected to the OBC is null and void now?
