Angry PLZ Help, Front Spring Removal

Spent hours trying to remove the 4 bolts that mount the front leafspring in place. They will not budge!! Sprayed with Kroil and PB Blaster, let sit, resprayed.... over and over. Tapped the bolts to try to "shock" them. Using a 20V Dewalt impact.
I have all other front end parts removed. Should I have removed these 4 bolts before removing other parts??
What to do next??? Thank you!

Are you sure the whole bolt is not spinning?

No, it isn't. I can see the top of the bolt.

Trust me, I double checked each time before I tried to remove a bolt.

Old school - cutting torch.

To lazy to figure out what you’re referring too, but if the above is an answer then a $15 Harbor Freight angle grind is another option.

Thank you. I've never heard a cutting torch referred to as a firewrench.

I do have a angle grinder but was hoping to avoid that route. Looks like I don't have much of a choice at this point.

Again, thank you.

1/2" 6 point (or impact) socket, a breaker bar and a 3 ft pipe to extend the BB & multiple the torque. If that doesn't break it loose then use the cutoff wheel.

You might try tightening the bolt that could break it free.
