No sir. It requires an OBC to operate and control it.

So no way to bypass or add a charger OBC?

The cost for the OBC and other peripherals would far out weigh just buying a automatic charger for the crow-foot cart. Like a Summit II

From what I have seen it will work as a charger if you wire it up directly. The issue you will have is that it will not 'wind down' or shut off as it needs the feedback from the OBC do do that properly.

And it has no algorithm. It will just push voltage/amperage until it cant anymore. No bulk/intermediate/finishing phases.

You can jumper the relay inside the unit to make it come on, but be careful because it can put out a lot of amperage and voltage with no limiter.

just use one of these.
Red Digital Window Voltage Comparator Overvoltage Undervoltage Protection Voltage Measurement Module 12V/24V(12V)

will need 12v to power it,can set it to whatever voltage you want for shutting the charger off.

I plan on getting another charger once the project is completed. It's a 2010 Tomberlin E=merge I'm fixing up for the wife. Anyone have a lead on parts?

There is no reason to use a 12v model when there are models that can handle the charge current and voltage levels:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...G8TSLEZQ&psc=1

Keep in mind that charging a FLA battery in bulk mode only will only yield about 80% charge by the time the pack reaches the maximum 60v level and the device cuts off.

The model above can in theory handle around 18 amps at the desired voltage levels but it could have a much larger surge depending on how low the pack voltage was when the charge was initiated.

The same model can also be used for lithium but again without an absorption phase you only get about 80%-85% charge once the cells reach the maximum voltage.

The PowerDrive boxes are unregulated power supplies, not chargers.
