At first glance I immediately notice the upper control arms are angled upward towards the spindle. By this I mean that the inner mounting point is lower than the outer mounting point. This should be the opposite. This comes from a worn out leaf spring. When the spring sags, the car squats and the camber gets out of spec. I got your email and I'll call you at some point today regarding this issue.

David correct me if im wrong but changing the leaf spring and/or bushings or any other bushings wouldnt affect how close the tire is to the top heim. The only thing that would affect that is the axle on the spindle itself being bent or the hub not seated on the axle all the way. Sure swapping the spring would correct the angle of the UCAs but the heim itself would still be the same distance from the tire as it is now right?

As far as current alignment is concerned, I think I still need to bring the top out a bit more to get the camber right. Definitely easier to adjust the bottom since disassembly is not required.

The 'wobble' I mentioned must be because the tie rod is bent (I just don't want to admit it)

David makes sense about the spring. I guess this cart has had a harder life than I imagined.

Thanks!

Correct, and I don't see this as a potential issue. I just chalk this up to imperfection in lift kit design. It's not hurting anything as long as it's not hitting the spindle. Sure, the geometry of the steering may be slightly different on one side versus the other side, but for an off-road vehicle, this won't be enough of an issue to be concerned with.
