Default EZGO Delayed Run After Charging

My buddy has an EZGO 48 volt series cart with Beast motor and Alltrax controller. After some charging issues he purchased a new charger. (not sure of make or model). After charging he can unplug the charger and the cart will not run for about 15 minutes. After the delay it performs great and seems to function normally. Any ideas?

Probably need to adjust the high voltage point on the controller.. When it comes off the charger the voltage is going to be pretty high and then will bleed off. Sounds like your issue.

X2
Will at Alltrax set my Over Voltage to 62v.
If yours is set to 52v or so it will take awhile after charging for the pack voltage to drop back below that.

Thanks for the input. I'll take a look at that.
