That is too low. The pack should reach 58-63v when the charge is complete. that is near 10v each.

Often older (4 yr) batteries are holding their own and giving reasonable service. Then something like this happens and it just cuts the old things off at the knees. They often do not fully recover from this deep of a discharge at that old age. So the 5th year of potential service is gone. Now this may be the case for just one or 2 batteries and a good Battery tech can identify and replace the damaged batteries with a battery of similar age and size. Good luck.

Did you ever find a resolution? my cart is doing the same thing, I was curious if it was an issue with the controller. When I test with a manual charger (the same kind I would use on my car battery) it shows that each battery has juice.
