That is exactly what I am trying to figure out. I am going thru the wiring diagram trying to figure out what exactly activates the solonoid. Any input would be appreciated.

i,m sorry i misread about the 12 volts........you either have a bad micro switch or a bad solenoid or both...............i would say solenoid before switch only because they go bad way more often so if you buy one buy a micro switch also they are only a few bucks........................................

A new solenoid should fix the problem. I am getting 48 volts at the micro switch and also at the solenoid with the key on (in forward and reverse) when the pedal is pressed. Thank You to everyone for your help!!!!

don,t forget about the batteries, if you havn,t than test and load test and keep in mind at 48 volts the cart is dead and at 8 volts the battery is dead.......the batts should be close to 9 volts......................

how do you change v glide with resistors from a 0-5000 ohm to a 5000-0 ohm
