Thanks for all your advice, he recommended #808 package (500) bucks, that he said would get me to 23Mph, a set of taller tires would get me to 25 Mph, prob a 1000 dollars for 4 Mph is a little pricey for me at this point...I'm going to just be happy with my 21Mph :-)
