I Talked to tech support at Alltrax and they told me to check the voltage at pin 1 & 4. then trace that back to see where the voltage is coming from. He said it wouldn't hurt the controller but i would rather be safe then sorry

I dont really see any harm to the controller, but it is still drawing power to keep the logic board "ready to drive", and still sending power to the ITS, the only thing stopping it is the relay preventing power flow (power may still be flowing through the precharge resistor, is it any warmer than ambient?). I would want parasitic draw kept to a minimum, so the cart is in top shape if it sits un-used for a few days.
