12 volt
Looked thru the post cant find it but I am sure its been ask . I am new to the golf cart world and just having problem with the fact that we use 6 volt and 8 volt battery. Can some tell me why not to use 3 12 volt battery's .

Capacity! A single 12v battery stores less energy than 2 6v batteries.
