Can't keep it running
When I can get it started it runs good for about 4 to 5 min then RPM drops
down slowly and then stops completely . It will not start. I get some backfiring forward and reverse. It acts like its not getting fuel. Any help would be appreciated My cart is a 1982 G1 YAMAHA |

Re: Can't keep it running
If you suspect it's fuel related run it until it does it and pull fuel hoes off the carb and see if it's pumping should get a good flow of fuel....if it's getting good fuel pull the spark plug and check for a weak spark could be just a bad plug or coils are notorious to work when cold and stop working when they get warmed up
