Jeff I used B&S intake elbow #697122 the holes spacing a little wide I took my dermal tool and made the holes oblong to the center of the elbow they are very close to passage take your time but will work I drilled a hole and put a hose barb fitting for hose coming from the valve cover. I also took the original fitting that the air intake hose attached ground the bolt hole flange off and sanded it to fit in the intake elbow and epoxied it in place

What did you use for the tube between the 697122 and the oem intake hose?

So you went from 697122 to the modified # 17 in the part breakdown, to factory rubber intake hose?

I never thought of cutting and using the original manifold for the breather... that's a pretty good idea!

I tapped and sealed a barb into the new elbow... it lined up just right!

Then I used an 1-1/4" elbow (Irrigation/in-ground sprinkler system from a DIY store) it's thicker than any other elbows that I could find.
and an 1-1/4" rubber union clamp to keep it up, and out of the way of the Electrical Components Box for future access.

I know and understand that the 92 to 96's have a different air box, but the concept is the same!

I Will try what you did lockman but with the 697122 intake , the other intake 691368 is not available anywhere. The link you commented on in June , I call the company and it goes to a talk line(sounds like a scam). My cart is a 08 ds, When you say DIY store do you mean a hardware store? EG= lowes or home depot?

Yep... I got mine at Menards, very similar to a Lowe's/Home Depot.

I am almost done with the intake fix , but I ran into another issue. I am trying to level the engine like you did in your picture, when I remove the snubber and bracket and lower the engine assy/cradle it only lowers an inch or so. I can not drop the front of the engine any lower to level it out. Can you advise me what to do. 2008 club car ds.

Depending on the size of your lift, you may not be able to get the engine pan perfectly level,
A 4" lift is really the preferred size to get the pan level, A 6" lift makes it difficult without some fab work.

I was only able to drop mine about 1-1/2" before it "free-floats"....
and it was due to the rear leaf spring perches not allowing the engine pan to tilt any further.
maybe loosening the U bolts might get you another 1/4",
BUT... it may come back up when you tighten them down again.

I have a different lift setup than most, (4" on top of a 3") so mine worked out.
