Default 96+ club car DS fuel tank/fuel system questions

Main question surrounds my ds fuel tank first my fuel tank vent is falling apart, that part I am able to locate but I would also like to replace the fuel pickup. Then I would like to replace all the fuel lines they seem to be of multiple sizes and I would like to buy the tubing does anyone know the sizes I would need?

Fuel line is 1/4". You'll need about 5 feet to totally re-plumb from tank to pump to carb, and the pulse line from the crankcase to the carb. And 10 #4 hose clamps if you need new clamps. Don't forget new filters too. I like Gates brand Barricade fuel hose for resistance to ethanol, but any 1/4" low pressure fuel hose will do.

Talk to David at Revolution. There is an update kit for the vent that has the new style vent, new vent hose, and attachment hardware. The vent kit does not come with a new grommet for the tank, so if you need a new one of those be sure to ask for that as well. And he can get you the new improved pickup tube with the shut-off valve on it. David also has new fuel caps with a tether that keeps the cap from running away when you take it off.
