No solenoid click on 95 TXT

I have tested most of the ground wires cause they don't look very good an they show 1 ohm so seems good but may change them to be sure. I out 12v to the small side of the solenoid and it make the clunk sound but did not start. I must have a bad wire somewhere cause I have already checked the fuses. Wish me luck with hunting down this wire. I didn't think it was a wire cause they are all still in the protective wrap but sounds like thats where the problem is
