Possible solenoid problem?

So the current problems are I will come to full stop and let off the petal to power down the engine and ever so often the engine will turn over about two time in separate intervals. Now very often I had problems with it not doing any thing once in forward or reverse and suddenly after walking away and coming back it will start.

I Saw a recent thread about carts running after the key is in the off position members are saying it is the solenoid what your guys opinion of my problems?
