1980 Marathon Vibration Help

My 1980 marathon has a vibration when going forward, but doesn't seem to in reverse. This is sitting on jack stands. Also noticed it when on the ground. Has any body else had a problem like this or would you have any ideas where to look or a test to preform.

Not sure but would check rear end gears. if ware is going on you should feel something in forward movement but then Not to much in reverse as it is not used what, 1% of the time?
