Get in touch with Tom at cart parts plus. He did my clutches and I am very happy with his work.

Don't know how wooped it is but you can get a new ramp, new buttons and a high torque spring kit off ebay. ramp and buttons may be off other gold cart sites if not ebay. I did this to my 91 and worked great.
Just checked ebay for a the spring and they are around $45 free shipping for a 89 and up.

the grove where the belt runs is worn out so i need a new clutch assembly, ill try to post a pic later, so just replacing the internal workings of the stock clutch with torque parts wont work.

Ok then, the shieves are bad if that is spelled right. New clutch then and they do make them but not cheap. $250 range.
You may have to take a basic clutch and purchase the high torque spring separate but look well on all cart stores on the web as it seems I remember finding one with that spring in it but can not remember where.
