I think I figured it out when I noticed the backside of the F/R lever was down. Flipped the arm back and replaced the S1/S2 cables and verified motor wires were in accordance with the same drawing you posted.

Seems to run correctly now, just not nearly as fast/torque as my 48V Precedent. Slows down To crawl going up a hill.

Is it a 36v? If that is the case that is also your answer :)

It is 36V vs 48V. But, there is a huge difference. Us this supposedly has the upgraded 21mph motor. Anything electrical that could be slowing her down?

That's what I figured.....the last person that worked on the cart didn't pay attention and put the arm on the opposite direction, which reverses everything.

Now the F/R lever is sticking/seized up and the cart goes nowhere. I can hear the solenoid when I depress the accelerator but no go.

To help answer your questions correctly. What year cart and drive system do you have DCS, PDS or series

I just reread post 11 and it sounds like it might be a series drive. How fast is the cart? is it all stock? Does it have a Tow/Run switch on the controller cover?

Wasn't sure until he started talking about the arm on the F/R

It's an 02 Txt. Ran fine. It struggles up hills... Down to a crawl. Appears to be stock controller but upgraded motor. Date stamp shows motor made in 2006. No tow/run switch.

As of right now, the forward/reverse switch is seized. It takes a struggle to move it and the cart does not move. I hear the senoid engage but the cart doesn't go anywhere. We've ordered a new selector switch. I'm hoping this fixes our problems.

See attached picture of motor...
