steel frame club car?
neighbor picked up a cart it looks like a club car an battery configuration is the same does anyone have an idea on approx year it's not running

It’s not a Club Car if it has a steel frame. As above, post some pics and we can try to determine what brand it is. see if you can find any serial numbers on it, that will tell you what year it is.
