Put some batteries in it and see if it works! Worst case put an aftermarket controller setup in it and do some re-wiring.

Mine is a Youngsoo/Maxcar which is a Hyundai somewhere down the road. It’s pretty fast very is to work on. I tore mine down had the controller rebuilt by FSIP replaced the 36v contractor and replaced the throttle pot. Upgraded all the wiring and cables. Thing works like a champ. Very fast. I know it’s just a Korean knock off golf cart but it’s solid.
