Default 2000 ezgo problems

I have a 2000 Ezgo txt that will barely move in the forward position but drives fine in reverse. It is a DCS Cart. The solenoid click every time the pedal is pressed.

Replacement parts so far.
2019 batteries, resting voltage on the pack is 38.35
Controller was replaced a few years ago
2019 replacement motor

Any feedback would be great?
I am also wondering if the motor was replaced with the wrong series motor. The part # on the replacement motor is a95-4005b. Any help would be great.

Thanks

I dont know , but it sure sounds like the controller to me, try swapping the F1 & F2 at the controller to see if the forward is fast and reverse is slow

Some conflicting information:

1999 was the last year for DCS drive carts. A 2000 would be either a PDS drive or a series drive.

Both DCS and PDS drives use sepex motors and the motor part number is fro a series wound motor.

It ended up being the motor. The owner before replaced the motor and it wasn’t the right one. Put the right motor on and it works just fine.
Thanks
