The same F/R switch has been used for years and was originally mounted in the Marathon body style with the mounting flange at the top, so the A stud was at the top and B, C and D studs going CW. They mounted it upside down in the Medalist and TXT body styles, but left the stud labeling the same, so A is now on the bottom. The stud labeling on the schematic I posted shows the A stud on the bottom like it would appear in your cart. The A stud is the one without a cable in your cart.
I'd leave S1 and S2 connected to the same studs on the new switch and try it. If the direction of travel doesn't match F/R lever, then swap them. (There are several ways to correctly wire the F/R switch.) |
