Default Marathon Alltrax torque setting

I have installed an Alltrax SR48300 in my pre-1994.5 Marathon. The cart is used around our property to pick up fallen limbs, haul mulch to various areas, and transport plants and flowers for planting, etc. Since part of the property is on a 15% grade I want to maximize torque rather than speed. I can see where I can program both speed and torque and would like some advise on how to set the curves to better manage the grades. I am okay with sacrificing some top speed to accomplish that if necessary.
