Default Navitas LED blinking

Hi, I have a Navitas controller. When my daughter came back from driving it, I noticed she put a brick in front of wheel. I got on and the brakes weren't working. I get 1 slow green blink followed by 8 quick ones. I get an error on bluetooth saying brakes not holding during tests or startup. I have .46 volts not depressing brake and 4.83 volts while depressing it. Any ideas?

Also, when in "Off' position, the brake isn't holding the cart from moving back and forth. Yes it is in "run" mode.

I can't find a 1-8 code in the manuals for Navitas controllers.

I assume you have an EZGO RXV? Really need more info such as type of cart and model of controller.

Bad motor brake, or the motor brake output from the controller is stuck on. Another member just had this happen with his Navitas controller. It seems that the Navitas RXV controllers cannot handle the HD motor brakes any better than the stock RXV controllers.
