Default Speed

My cart only goes in slow speed I have 38 volts going into speed controller and 38 volts coming out to motor all new batteries and cables Model txtpds date code F1510

What's your version of "slow speed"?. 12mph? That's normal stock speed for many, many carts.

I can almost walk along next to it When 2 people are on it it almost makes it up a hill

Sounds like it is running in a reduced performance mode, which are triggered by one of several error conditions.

Place controller in diagnostic mode (How to is explained in text at bottom of attached PDS label) and listen for the beeped error code.

Also, does cart have oversized tires (stock tires are 18" tall) or rear seat?
