The EZGO PDS cart has a simple charge system, "battery lug-wire-receptacle". repeat for other polarity. So either the cart has pack voltage at the receptacle or it does not. If you probe the receptacle and you have pack voltage than you have charger issue. DO NOT JUST READ THE PACK

Then your problem is in the port or wires.

Have you tried cleaning the outside of the negative radsok? That is where chargers sense the battery voltage.

Attached is a picture of charger receptacle with top off, showing the auxiliary contact in charger plug touching outside of negative radsok in receptacle.
