Help me buy the best charger RXV new 12v batts
Hi everyone, I need to buy four new 12 volt batteries for my 2013 RXV, my local dealer sells US battery and I'm happy to buy those. I just want to make sure I buy a good charger because I've heard that the Factory RXV charger only charges with 13.5 volts and I've heard that more voltage might be preferred. Does anyone have a suggestion for a better charger?

I say DPI or Lester Summit II. Both old USA companies. Both can be set for your specific brand of batteries. DPI with dip switches and Lester with bluetooth connection and phone app. Neither (latest models) will "float" but both will keep batteries charged unattended. 2¢

Lester Summit 2 because you can download a charge algorithm specific to your battery brand and capacity. Plus it is lightweight. No reason to lug a 30 or 40 pound charger around any more..... plus a longer warranty period. 4 years factory warranty included.
