You're very knowledgeable Jonny. Thanks for all the help. Also so basically if I buy the real batteries do you think it would get me better performance? Cause regardless if each battery is 110ah in a series the ah is the same only the voltage is increased. So running at a fully charged battery pack I'm getting 38.1 but I'm only at 110ah and I'm dont to 34-36 volts in like 3 miles

A standard 36V battery pack is 225AH, so your three 12V battery pack has less than half the capacity as a standard battery pack. Going to something that resembled a standard battery pack will give you better range for sure and most likely better performance on hills.
