Master solenoid?
Ok. Thanks to help here I’ve got all the wiring straight and replaced a couple bad switches. Now the car will go as soon as put it in forward so I assume a solenoid is stuck open. Question is I keep reading about a “master solenoid”. Is it a different solenoid or just because it’s the first one with the wire from the f&r switch makes it the master?
82 36v cart Before this issue it would not click when turn key on but would As soon as put on forward or reverse. Thanks |

Re: Master solenoid?
The one on the far right is the master solenoid. When key is on does that solenoid click when lever is moved to F or R?

Re: Master solenoid?
The solenoids are all the same.
IF the master is not clicking it is stuck closed. One or more of the other solenoids is stuck closed to make it run. |
