08' cc precedent drum won't go back on

I pulled drum off to check pads and they seemed ok so I went to put drum back on and it will no go over shoes. I have no tension on brakes and looking for any advice as to how to get back on. The drum had to be tapped on with a rubber mallet to get off but it came off easy enough. Thanks
update: figured it out, didn't have that adjustment screw on back so had to manually turn that cog on the bottom to bring pads back in.
