There are so many variable here, every cart would be a little different but it is safe to say if you want to bet home before you fall below 36v and you started out at 38v then yes 37v would be the turnaround point unless it was all downhill where you went and all uphill on the way back home?

I am getting one of those digital battery meters. I have a 99 TXT scotty, which one should I order?

You gonna use a key switch plate or not? If not the meters are all the same.

For 1999 TXT order the plate with just the key hole and the meter hole. ( 2 hole ) I will beat anybody's price

Shhh...... don't say this too loud but CU is working on a new plate with a mini DPDT toggle switch installed under the meter to toggle between the main pack and a 12v battery or supply pair... Shhh...
