Good pic! So do you pry down the 3 tabs closest to the dash (your guages/switches), then pull upward from the 3 closest tabs in the picture?

Pry out and lift the front, one at a time. When the front pops free, you can finagle the back ones out by lifting the front high enough for the drink holder drains to clear. Your single largest headache is those drains. They don't want to let anything move.
