12 volt horn wiring?
I'm installing a 12 volt horn under the seat of my '87 EZGO. What would be the best way to wite it?...I already installed the button next to the forward/reverse switch...Thanks..

For a horn, you can grab 12v off of any two batteries which are already wired in series and are close to the switch...

A horn needs a dedicated power source!? AND a permit!
Seriously, how much is it going to run? Toot toot? Is that really going to deplete the pair of 220ah batteries? I say grab any 2 batteries that make 12v and have fun blowing your horn. |

Unless he likes tooting his own horn for long times, it would never effect the 2 batteries.

I admit, some people like tootin their horn a lot more than other people... some people never toot their their horn at all? I say if your not tootin your horn once in awhile, your not in the race.

A horn is one of those things that if you don't use it once in a while, it won't work when you do need it!
