DCX600 got installed this afternoon.

If you remember with the DCX500 it was taking 2 seconds for the throttle to get to 100% and pulling a maximum of about 584 amps.

Here are the numbers from the first set of tests...

01/07/12 12:15:23.499 3,,50.0,0.0,0.0,
01/07/12 12:15:23.545 20,,49.6,441.0,89.9,
01/07/12 12:15:23.592 38,,46.2,733.0,278.8,
01/07/12 12:15:23.639 45,,44.9,667.0,303.4,
01/07/12 12:15:23.701 46,,43.8,653.0,299.6,
01/07/12 12:15:23.748 46,,44.2,681.0,315.1,
01/07/12 12:15:23.795 47,,44.1,714.0,333.2,
01/07/12 12:15:23.857 47,,43.6,672.0,318.9,
01/07/12 12:15:23.904 55,,42.5,639.0,348.3,
01/07/12 12:15:23.951 58,,42.3,615.0,356.9,
01/07/12 12:15:23.998 59,,42.6,643.0,378.2,
01/07/12 12:15:24.060 59,,42.8,667.0,392.4,
01/07/12 12:15:24.107 63,,42.3,658.0,412.9,
01/07/12 12:15:24.154 66,,41.4,634.0,420.2,
01/07/12 12:15:24.216 70,,40.3,601.0,421.9,
01/07/12 12:15:24.263 71,,40.4,620.0,437.6,
01/07/12 12:15:24.310 71,,40.9,639.0,453.6,
01/07/12 12:15:24.372 78,,41.0,662.0,516.6,
01/07/12 12:15:24.419 82,,39.9,639.0,523.7,
01/07/12 12:15:24.466 85,,38.7,611.0,522.3,
01/07/12 12:15:24.528 91,,38.4,592.0,538.6,
01/07/12 12:15:24.575 98,,38.8,596.0,584.3,
01/07/12 12:15:24.622 100,,39.4,625.0,625.0,
01/07/12 12:15:24.684 100,,38.6,639.0,639.0,
01/07/12 12:15:24.731 100,,38.2,596.0,596.0,
01/07/12 12:15:24.778 100,,37.0,578.0,578.0,
01/07/12 12:15:24.840 100,,37.3,592.0,592.0,
01/07/12 12:15:24.887 100,,37.8,615.0,615.0,
01/07/12 12:15:24.934 100,,38.2,554.0,554.0,

Now, that is better. The cart pulls super hard now even though still no sign of raising the front wheels. Anyway, getting to 100% throttle in 1.1 seconds and pulling 733 amps.

I'm charging the batteries now. You can see that I only had 50.0v at the beginning. The charger has been unplugged for 2 days and the batteries are only on about 80% now. Not sure why. I checked the SG and it's at or above 1.300 corrected for temperature on every cell.

More testing later.
