Default Controller bench test

I'm trying to find a bench test for a curtis 1206mx controller.

You more or less have to duplicate A PDS cart's wiring harness to bench test it and unless you are going to be testing a bunch of 1206MX (PDS) controllers that are out of the cart, the investment in an elaborate test-jig wouldn't be cost effective.

The only simple bench test for a 1206MX that I know of, is a diode check and it doesn't check everything, so the controller could pass the diode tests and still not work. The first attachment shows the the orientation of the diode equivalent of the circuitry connected between various terminals on a SepEx controller. (Note: M- is labeled A1 on a 1206MX) Your Ohmmeter ought to read High-Ohms in one direction and Low-Ohms in the other. If it doesn't, the circuitry between the two test points is bad.

The second attachment is a schematic of a 1206MX installed in a PDS cart.
Everything highlighted in red, is FULL pack voltage and all them have to be at pack voltage for the controller to activate the solenoid.

This is the first for me.I found out after trying for about a month I wasn't
qualified but thanks to one of your earlier post I got it going.
I have a long story about this,but it would take me a week to type it.
