That combo of codes is odd, leads me to believe 2 things. 1- batts were ran low recently. 2- you have corrosion in your harness. That "forward and reverse at the same time" code is pointing me that corrosion way. Two places to check for obvious signs of corrosion. The wires in the brake pedal area, and the wires near the motor (colored wires have a faint color near the wire loom & a fuzzy appearance?). These could be a controller problem, but i have been seeing lots of corrosion problems in harness as these carts age, but not that many failed controllers. BTW- the danaher t-shoot guide i got those screen shots from is available in its entirety on this site. I would not suggest just replacing every part shown on the pics (for example- the f&r switch Very Rarely fails on a rxv).

I keep it charged and it seldom gets below 1/2 charged, per the guage. I'll look at the corrosion and run the checks you posted and report my findings. Thanks for the help cgtech.

You dont have any added accessories added to the control system wiring, right? Nothing wired to the keyswitch or anything like that? (Very Bad thing to do on rxv)

I've checked everything except the switch and it all has check out good. I did find that the wires looked at little fuzzy at the motor connection. It appears to be dirt and wipe off & the insulation of the wire seems to be good. I'm going to try & post some pics of wires. I'll check the switch tomorrow.

I had a voltage regulator (48v to 12v to pull from all batteries not just one) connected for the lights they did this at the place I bought it. They recommended for them to hook it up because the RXV'S have a unique wiring system. I'm not sure how it is connected but the lights only works in forward.

A voltage reducer should be hooked to the solenoid on an rxv, the solenoid is always on when the key is on (unless you let the cart sit with the key on untouched for a half hour or more).

Finally found time to run the test on the key switch. It appears to be bad. I went ahead and ran a continuity check on all pins in all switch positions. Here is the pic of the results and the unbelievably crappie job wiring it up.

Get that blue wire out of there, Nothing should be added to the keyswitch (unless you have extra motor controllers laying around).
