For my RXV I purchased and ex Ray digital speedometer. It was sweet. It had a probe that attached to the motor to monitor temp. It allowed you to set a warning ⚠️ temperature and a danger 🌡 temperature. I set mine 5° below their recommendations. An warning amber light, or danger red light came on when the temp hit those settings.
They recommened:
Eletric
Warning 65°c which is 149°f
Critical 75°c which is 167° f
