Not sure why this is so hard to under stand. A 6 volt charger will not fully charge a 12 volt battery. A 12 volt charger will not fully charge a 16 volt battery. a 36 volt charger will not fully charge a 48 volt pack. A 48 volt charger will not fully charge a 56 volt pack. and so on. That is why they make so many different chargers. Now a 48 volt charger brings a 48 volt pack to around 61 - 65 volts before it turns off, That's around 14 - 17 volts higher than 48 volts to charge the pack to a full charge. Now if your trying to charge a 56 volt pack the volts need to be around 70 - 73 volts to fully charge the pack. A charger - charges a pack by cells. A 36 volt pack has 18 cells. A 48 volt pack has 24 cells. A 56 volt pack has 28 cells.

28 cells times 2.4 v (low end of the charge spectrum) is 67.20 volts

Golf cart technicians everywhere should know this stuff. It's the basics of wet cell power supply

But it's not the case - generally every shop has one blunderous practice. Whether that is over filling batteries, over inflating tires, telling customers to run their batteries way down, tapping 12v off 2 batteries, putting big tires on stock carts or ??? it is pretty common.

Nothing wrong with asking a dumb question but you don't seem to be reading or willing to accept the answer which was given to you in both threads you started asking this question...
